I’ve read this book twice and now I’ve started a set of exercise targeted for chronic elbow pain. I’ve been hurting for over six months and a senior dojo member bought me this book. So today is day one and I’ll rate my elbow/arm today at 50%. 0% means I can’t use it at all. 100% means it’s as good as new. One thing I can say already is that I feel taller. That was my first thought. The general philosophy behind this method is that we need more movement in our lives. Sitting at a desk in school or work, driving in the car, watching movies have all placed us in positions that negatively affect our posture and overall alignment. Everything is connected and pain in your wrist may be due to a problem with your hip. I was excited about this book after reading it. Let’s see if it lives up to its promise and my hope.
