Promotion Fees
For the Kyokushin karate program, ages 8-Adults, there are promotion fees whenever a student attains a new belt. These fees range from $30-$60 depending on the belt level.

Different kata are performed at each belt rank.
Belt Ranks
Promotion tests are typically scheduled every three months. Students can test for their next rank at the discretion of the instructor. Students wear a belt (obi) that indicates rank according to the standard system adopted by Connecticut Kyokushin Karate.
