I was surprised by a few questions I received by adults looking to start training karate. They told me, “well I have no experience.” For me, I hadn’t even considered prior experience a necessity. But I guess people can look at adult karate sort of like a softball team. If they never played baseball as a kid, they might not feel they can join a team.

This is not the case with karate. No experience is necessary! I believe there is something in karate for people of all ages. Karate is for life! Come give it a try. 🙂
